Little Black Village’s mission is to promote higher education, personal development, and international exposure for African-Americans and African-American youth.  Little Black Village is dedicated to discussing and exploring ways of keeping our youth from dropping out of high school and encouraging them in seeking higher education and living up to their fullest potential.  Our organization is also committed to making a difference in the African-American community by encouraging its members to share their voices through social media outlets, lead, by example; by taking an active role in mentoring youth in our community with established programs, connecting families to educational resources and actively participating in community services in and out of our communities.

  1. Hi my name is Minister Mark McNeil and I am an author, educator, writer, entreprenuer, and music producer committed to education that exposes the miseducation of the children of the slave trade rooted in the American slavery experience. I believe it is time for the children of slavery to address our national identiy and I have takein leadership on this issue by writing a book called BYWORD and an excerpt from the book “THE POWER OF THE NEGRO SPIRITUALS.’ We cannot continue to address our presdent day social, economic, and spiritual issues without the reference of slavery.

  2. This is a story about Everybody, Anybody, Somebody, and Nobody.

Once upon a time there was a job that Everybody should have done. Everybody thought that Somebody would do it. Nobody thought that Anybody would not do it. The job was not done by Anybody. So Nobody did the job. Everybody got mad at Somebody because Nobody did the job that Anybody could have done.
