Word of the Day: Water Cycle
By Syretta Jones
I was helping my 4th grader study for a test on the water cycle process and thought to myself that it would be good to share this information and to refresh those of us that had no reason to
The clouds are made of water vapor and once water vapor is built up it is released in the form of rain, sleet, snow and ice. The water lands on the ground, ocean, lakes, streams, mountains, trees, plants, etc….
Once the sun comes out it causes the water to evaporate and transpire into the air from the heat which starts the process of precipitation all over again.
This is a small synopsis of the water cycle and I thought it would be helpful to know how the water cycle how it works.
